Prolitec, the global scenting partner of the Marriott Group, has been supporting W Hotels in delivering a cohesive and elevated guest experience through its signature scent across W Hotels properties worldwide.
Beginning Q2 2026, W Hotels will introduce its new signature scent, Fully Booked. Designed to be elegant and subtly captivating, the fragrance will be featured across key areas, including the reception and check-in/check-out, enhancing the brand’s distinctive identity throughout these spaces. For restroom areas and other back-of-the-house areas, Prolitec Genie will tailor-make scent solutions based on the malodour elimination objective.
Rollout Schedule – Q2 2026:
- All new subscriptions will feature Fully Booked
- Existing subscriptions will transition during their next scheduled service cycle
