Jeanne has spent most of her career in human resources and operations, working across higher education and large organizations before launching her own consulting business.
“At 50, I decided to start my own company. It was a leap — but one that felt right. Today, Prolitec is one of my biggest victories: it’s the client I dedicate the most time to, and I truly love the product, the people, and the opportunity to work with a global team.”
Her professional path can be summed up in three words:
People. Strategy. Culture.
A global vision for human connection
As Prolitec continues to grow worldwide, Jeanne’s mission is clear: strengthen the bridges between our teams across continents.
“I’m most excited to create a more collaborative and engaged culture. We already have incredible people in Paris, Prague, Shanghai, Japan, Milwaukee,” Jeanne said.
“My goal is to bring them together — through more shared moments, even remotely.”
Her plans include virtual meet and greets, regular company-wide stand-ups, and even community-driven initiatives like a Prolitec book club or team challenges on Microsoft Teams.
Because, as Jeanne reminds us, connection is built through consistency and creativity.
“When people feel seen and heard — even across time zones — they align more naturally with a shared vision.”
The philosophy behind the role
For Jeanne, leadership starts from within. She’s been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2007, practicing five days a week and combining power vinyasa with yoga sculpt.
“It’s not just about fitness — it’s about balance. Mind, body, and spirit. Yoga helps me reflect, stay grounded, and find meaning in both challenges and successes.”
Each year, she sets a personal intention. This year’s word? Becoming.
“Becoming my own boss. Becoming a better leader. Becoming who I want to be personally — finding more joy, more calm, more purpose.”
