Richard Weening
Chairman & CEO
Richard heads Prolitec’s leadership team and is involved in strategic direction, business development, technology, and corporate finance. Richard was formerly cofounder and Executive Chairman of Cumulus Media Inc.
Roger Bensinger
Executive Vice President
Roger is responsible for the growth and management of the company’s commercial business development, including both the global network of Certified Service Providers across over 80 countries and the Prolitec domestic opportunities.
Matt Ansley
EVP & COO
Matt is responsible for operations across all channels, overseeing the engineering, supply chain, information technology, and finance functions. His team improves the most advanced scent distribution technology in the world, meeting the strictest quality and regulatory standards.
Sandra Barvaux
VP of Fragrance
Sandra brings extensive fragrance experience to the team and oversees the curation and development of the company’s scent catalog. She works closely with world-class perfumers to bring the highest quality fragrances to Prolitec customers.
Olivier Delenclos
VP of Global Business Development
Olivier manages Prolitec’s Certified Service Provider network, enabling the company to provide expert scent services to customers in over 80 countries. He works closely with Roger to support global business development and growth.
